Hezekiah's Tunnel Multimedia show

The "City of David" invited the Lipkin Tours staff to experience a new multimedia show.

We visited the site and learned of the new archaeological discoveries from the past few years including the recently discovered curse inscription from 3,500 years ago.

One of the most amazing highlights of the tour is the spring of Siloam, the major source of water for Biblical Jerusalem and the place where the Israelite kings were crowned. It is also one of the ancient marvels of Jerusalem. King Hezekiah instructed his workers to dig a tunnel (533 meters / 1/3 mile long) that will lead the water from the spring into the city.

A new movie was made to demonstrate the method of carving the tunnel but also connect to the ancient builders of this ancient marvel
